Well, it's the guy who conducted the legal transaction's fault. The &%#$head who sold the gun on the street, and the scum who left a loaded gun laying there don't even get to pay a penny. Why? Likely they have no assets.. but the guy who conducted himself in accordance with the law has them - let's go screw him! Is this part of the Lawyer's Fair Employment Act of 1997? www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5809827/You are now officially your brother's keeper.. and everyone else you have commerce with.

I am telling you that everyone that likes shooting and hunting had better make sure they have all the guns and ammo they need for the rest of their lives, because soon you won't be able to buy anything. That will be the first thing to happen, is the Government will make it almost impossible to buy a gun or ammo. Then, they will metholodicaly start banning guns, until we will have lost our right to own and/or shoot guns. I am guessing about a ten to fifteen year process. I feel sorry for my kids. I guess my grand kids will hardly know the difference, until someone breaks into their house and shoots them with an illegal gun!
