Some years ago (50+?) I read a statement that there were more college educated people in India than there were people in France. I see that India is projected to be the most populous country in the world with China second, and a couple of African countries being third and fourth. I have heard the projection that China will be the dominant economic force in the world within the next 15 years. My guess is that it will be India rather than China, with China in number two, European Union in number three and the USA in number four.
My question is--do you have any information on distribution of college graduates in the world? My guess is that India has the most, and that India and China together have more than the rest of the world combined. If my guess is anything like right, the implications are obvious.
