I can't decide whether this looks more like something out of Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory, or the Woody Allen movie (where he played the sperm). In either case, it certainly does not look very presidential.

Maybe you could explain the context where the photo was taken. Or is it that even a photo of GWB sitting on the toilet would be presidential?

Well..... since George is President.....a picture of him taking a dump would be very presidential. The caption would be..... The President stocking the pond. or The President dropping the kids off at the pool. or The President makes a motion. or Many more that I am sure we can come up with.
Either way it would be a very Presidential picture for sure.

Heh, well it was Kerry visiting NASA and he was wearing a clean room suit. When politicians live for Photo ops, you should at least make sure they are good ones. A lot of people critisized Bush for "dressing up" when he landed on the carrier, but at least he didn't look like a smurf. And he will have his own pictures to live down, it seems he can't figure out that the Bike stays on the bottom, and he stays on top. ;D

W invited Lance to the white house, so maybe some bicycle riding lessons will be given. My wife fell off her bike a couple of years ago, and cut her leg enough stiches were needed, and now she wont get back on the bike. Maybe as we get older are balance is not as good as it used to be.

Maybe there is some natural law at work, like the longer our internal gyro spins the slower it gets.

I got on my mountain bike for the first time in a long while. One thing I noticed is that it takes more air pressure in the tires than it used to . I think it must be some kind of issue with tire age. Perhaps there is a relation there to the internal gyro issue?

I also started riding my mountian bike again this spring, after letting it get dusty for 6 years. I have noticed that it is harder to go up hill now. Of course I am packing more weight now, dang Las Vegas buffets! I don't even wanna think about falling down. I am sure I would break every bone in my body

Hey Cablemender, I think your tire pressure problem is an atmospheric anomoly, brought on by excessive environmental control........ ;D

You know, I was thinking precisely the same thing.
I figure there must be government grant money out there somewhere to study this phenomenon. I'm still trying to decide if I should send the application to the NTSB, the EPA, and NOAA for a study of tires versus atmosphere, or simply petition NASA for funds to research the "large moon." ;D ;D

I wish people would understand that Bush`s apparel upon landing on the carrier was SOP for a flight in a Navy plane. What`s he supposed to do when his subordinates tell him to observe safety procedures? Give it a rest ! ! ! Gary
