well, got out for the first time this year. Our pond finially came out of the cocoon as a field! Took out my Tiger 2 (modified to tail dragger) went not too bad, except my take offs on an angled strip with a gusty cross wind are a bit rusty, and 2, I was losing power about half way through the flight. Since the engine hasen't run in a while (TTpro 46) I set it up a bit on the rich side. Not too rich, just a bit. On landing, there was a lot of fuel on the engine mount and engine base. Nothing appeared to be loose, and the carb O ring and needle valve O ring looked good. Any ideas?
I also took out an open B ship but didn't fly it. All the pieces have flown before, just not on the same plane. With the wind and the fact I was alone, I decided not to fly it. I did however launch a rocket today though. I wasn't going to because of the wind but then I thought ...I'm an idiot..so I put it on about a 75 degree angle into the wind, and it landed about 50' awy from me. thankfully I used the complex formula.....guess ;D
