I bumped up the original thread that should explain most of it. Apparently the pushrod end was originally bent in the wrong direction and wouldn't allow the pushrod to be installed to the proper hole in the bellcrank. This caused hypersensitivity in the controls.

I need to install a similar landing gear on the stretched Galaxy. I'd like to do a little cleaner job of it, so I'll have to put some thought into it this time.

I tried it again today using a G21 46 with an APC 11-4. That didn't work well, so I tried a Taipan 11-5. That worked fairly well. It has a tank feed problem that won't allow a full tank run.

I swapped the tank out for a new Brodak tank 1/2 oz larger than the original. Hopefully I will get to try it out Sunday.

The new tank worked a little better. I think the 46 has a fuel draw problem.

The venturi was too big. I went to the other extreme. I installed a venturi from an X15. It should improve the mileage some too.

The engine started to lose compression, so I put the engine from the Tutor 2 on it. It did't sound right with the adamison muffler, so I will try to use a mini juice can muffler on it and see what happens.

Mini juice can muffler works great. I have been playing musical props to regulate the speed. The 11-7 3 blade pulls like a truck. The EVO trainer prop is too weak.

The Master Airscrew 12 X 4 seems to work well. I smeared the juice can muffler in a pancake crash because of a lost balance weight. Good thing I have a lot of mufflers.
