The clue for me early on was the shade of light green trim paint around the windscreen. I thought it looked suspiciously Russian, but then it could have been a bad choice of some restorer/owner.
Their cockpits always seem to have a bawdy green or aqua-mix combination fit for a bordello on an island in the Caribbean (although the panel looks like olive drab).
