I still haven't given up on building a better tank. This is another variation on the Garf steel clunk tank that is in the NoblARF. I have a lot of trouble making 90* bends in brass/copper tubing without causing problems. I wanted to make the clunk plumbing strong, so I made the tubing long enough to extend through both sides of the tank, and soldered a reinforcement tube in the middle, then drilled the side at 90* to make the clunk mount. To use the tank, one side of the tubing is capped, then the other acts as the feed line. A side benefit is that either point can act as the feed tube as long as the other side is capped. Then I installed a standard over/under fill/overflow tube setup. I hope this thing works.

ATT has disabled the Worldnet account. The link site is gone and all pictures associated with it are gone. So much for ATT.

The new tank actually works. I put up 5 flights on the Garfstormer/McFox 35 and it keeps getting better every time. I'll try to repost a few of the pics as I get time.
